I missed a day – yesterday’s snow/ice presented a picturesque New England backdrop for creating images (I even had the day off!), but I totally bricked…
That temperatures stayed below freezing overnight was an okay consolation – plenty of ice covered branches and such. While driving conditions weren’t great because of the ice, the scenery was gorgeous and I needed only to step into my backyard to capture some closeups. I spent about 15-20 minutes looking for interesting shapes and glints of light, capturing the photos on this page. These were all shot with the Canon 50mm.
More snow is called for tomorrow, so we’ll see what that brings!
