Temperatures climbed into the 50’s today, so “E” and I headed to Ashley Reservoir for a walk. It felt more like March, though the ice on the reservoir served as a reminder that it isn’t. This view between the trees caught my eye both for the way in which the sun breaking through the clouds reflected on the ice and for how nicely the trunks and branches framed the scene.
